My passion for working with my hands and interacting with people lead me into the kitchen and cabinetry industry where I started off in the installation department and worked my way up through to design and sales and project management. This journey has given me vast experience and knowledge in an ever changing and competitive market. I obtain referrals and repeat business through word of mouth via existing customers.
Customer satisfaction is the key to any successful business. In todays fast changing environment, it is of utmost importance to interpret the customers wishes and wants and to transfer them into their dream kitchen, bedroom cupboards or vanities. Companies exist as a result of customers purchasing, advertising and referring your product. This can only be achieved by offering exceptional service followed by a quality product and finishes.
I managed all the projects in this portfolio from design phase to manufacturing to completion.
From the initial customer interaction selecting materials, worktops and appliances to 3D designs, ordering, manufacturing and installation.
All customers can be contacted for references and confirmation.
